From her 40-acre farm in the Black Hills of South Dakota, Shaylene and her husband work, hike, and hunt. She enjoys spending time on the water, exploring off-road, shooting on her private gun range, and running off to the airport to catch a flight for a client visit. No matter the adventure, Shaylene’s first choice is to be outside in the fresh air, up in the mountains, and taking in the scenery with her three German Shepherds named George, Mary, and Samuel (after George Washington, his mother, and brother). Douglas, the cat, “is in charge” of everything else. She is a steadfast patriot and a proud believer in the sanctity of the U.S. Constitution.
